1. Coverage:

  • We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Refer to Astral Guidelines for details.
  • If you have a claim during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the product, or refund your purchase price. This warranty also covers replaced or repaired products for an additional 60 days.

2. Warranty Period:

  • Most products are covered for one (1) year from the delivery date.
  • Drone batteries are covered for one year from delivery or 100 battery cycles.

3. Exclusions:

  • Damage from illegal activities.
  • Damage from hazardous materials or improper flight conditions.
  • Damage from previous damage or flight-unworthy components.
  • Neglecting to replace consumable parts as advised.
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.
  • Use of prototype or non-standard products.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage from reckless, abusive, or intentional behavior.
  • Use of unauthorized third-party parts or software.
  • Damage to non-product devices.
  • Violations of Astral Guidelines in use, handling, or storage.
  • Loss due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters or acts of war.
  • Damage without flight logs or necessary information for diagnosis.
  • Removal or alteration of product serial numbers.
  • Damage from poor light conditions, unless hardware defect-related.
  • Damage from collisions or crashes, except due to hardware defects.
  • Use of unauthorized third-party parts or software.
  • Damage from non-product equipment or attachments.
  • Damage from previous damage or flight-unworthy components.
  • Neglecting to replace consumable parts as advised.

These exclusions apply to the extent relevant to the product in question.

4. Warranty Limitations:

  • We disclaim all statutory and implied warranties, and this warranty is your sole remedy.
  • This warranty applies only to products purchased and claims made in the United States.
  • No modifications to this warranty are authorized by Astral.
  • Our software is covered separately under the Astral Software End User License Agreement.

5. Important Service Information:

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, contact Astral customer support at info@astral.us, notify Astral of the claim during the Warranty Period, provide a description of the issue, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”).

Astral may request additional information, such as proof of purchase, personal and diagnostic data. By making a claim, you authorize Astral to use and process this information for warranty purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before sending a Product for warranty service, backup all media content, as servicing may delete data. Returned Products must be in original packaging with proof of purchase, within thirty (30) days of claim filing.

If your claim is covered, Astral will cover shipping costs within the United States. Unapproved returns may be rejected or disposed of after thirty (30) days.
