You have 30 days from the day your Astral product is delivered to return it for a refund.

Make sure your item is in its original packaging and condition and please reference the order number and invoice receipt.

Once it is received and processed, and it is not damaged and passes our return policy checklist, we will refund your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending any Astral product back to us.

Astral strongly recommends choosing a trackable shipping service and getting shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll get your return otherwise.
