Astral Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your Astral product is delivered to return it for a refund.

Make sure your item is in its original packaging and condition.

You might need to show a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we get your return and check it, we'll email you. Then, within ten days, we'll refund your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't shown up yet, double-check your credit card statement. Then, contact your credit card company. If you've done all that and still no refund, reach out to us at info@astral.us.

Shipping

You cover the cost of shipping your Astral product back to us for a refund.

For peace of mind, consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we'll get your return otherwise.
